Even before the pandemic, secular and sacred organizations had entered a new era of constant and continuous change, a time Dr. Withers often refers to as our “permanent whitewater world,” a ‘new normal.’ COVID-19, George Floyd, and Jan. 6 all served as accelerants to even more disruption in 2020/2021, and now many leaders are STILL wondering how to navigate such waters.

The Lutheran Association of Larger Churches (staffing congregations) meets Tuesday, Sept 23 through Fri, Sept 26. The cost is $325 (four meals included). It starts Tuesday with hospitality at 5:00, followed by dinner, and goes till 11 am Friday. We meet at the Cove Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, with rooms for just $109 a night (2 room suites). Dr. Bill Withers is a highly experienced professional with a rich and diverse background, making him a sought-after speaker, facilitator and workshop leader.
As part of the executive leadership and HR teams at Lutheran Church of Hope, he offers a unique perspective. With over 20 years in business leadership and an additional 25 years in higher education, corporate training and development, Dr. Withers brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his roles.
