The Lutheran Association of Larger Churches (staffing congregations) meets Tuesday, Sept 24 through Fri, Sept 27. The cost is $275 (four meals included). It starts Tuesday with hospitality at 5:00, followed by dinner, and goes till 11 am Friday. We meet at the Cove Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, with rooms for just $109 a night (2 room suites). Our Topic
Michael Wear's presentation, as well as the work of the Center for Christianity and Public Life, provides a framework for considering politics as one aspect of the life we are living with Jesus. Michael will share terms, concepts and practical responses that help us understand the state of our politics, and how the state of our politics relates to the state of our souls.
The Lutheran Association of Larger Churches (LALC) is a Pan-Lutheran organization that has gathered in one form for over 60 years.
